We are excited to announce our new 40 foot Mobile Kitchen Unit/Trailer. We can feed from up to 2,000 individuals a hot breakfast and dinner on the site on incidents in addition to our sack lunches. This kitchen trailer comes equiped with a shaded awning, its own generator, propane tank, and a ramp up to its two serving windows. We also have accompanying salad bars and coffee/tea serving station.

We have worked with Sysco to develop a seven day menu that is hearty and delicious while also easily available, for we all know incidents often happen at a moments notice when availability is critical to enable a quick response.

We can provide potable water truck, forklift, food-prep trailer, generator, lighting, tent, seating and tables when requested.
