Sandwich Entrée
All sandwich items to be packaged separately to preserve freshness and ensure quality.
Entrée Option 1 - Meat Sandwich – One (1) serving
6 ounces of one of (or a combo of) the following meat: Roast beef (solid), Ham, Turkey breast, Corned Beef, Pastrami, Tuna or Chicken salad
2 ounces of cheese
Wheat or multigrain bread/roll preferred
Entrée Option 2 - Vegetarian Sandwich – One (1) serving
6 ounces of one of (or a combo of) the following high protein meat substitute: Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan, Textured Vegetable Protein, Bean, Lentil or Pea based Meats
2 ounces of cheese
Wheat or multigrain bread/roll preferred
Non-Refrigerated Entrée - 2 servings
Can be made up of multiple items or one larger item that is 2 servings.
Meat Non-Refrigerated Entree Options - 2 Servings
Examples:
Premixed tuna/chicken salad + roll + produce and condiments
Ready to eat meal or soup in pouch
Frozen Burrito or meal with foil for reheating
Dehydrated meal
Oatmeal with honey/dried fruit and nut butter packs
Hummus with crackers or vegetables
PB&J sandwich or 2 uncrustables
Baked potato or sweet potato in foil for reheating with toppings
Non-Refrigerated Vegetarian Entree Options -2 Servings
Non-Refrigerated Snack Items - 8-10 servings required
Servings must be different items to ensure variety due to potential allergies, eating styles, accessibility and changing conditions during shift. Vegetarian options must be from plant proteins and cannot contain whey.

Jerky: 2 oz minimum meat cuts or high protein meat alternative
Nuts or Trail Mix: 2 one oz servings

One serving must be solid food such as protein bar. Second serving may also be solid food or gel or drink. Vegetarian Options must be from plant protein and cannot contain whey.
